Tour Services Agreement

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the website available at: [yourdomain.com], hereinafter referred to as the Service.

2. Scope of Services

The website offers the sale of tourist services, including organized tours, attraction tickets, accommodation, and transport packages.

3. Booking Terms

A booking becomes valid once:

the order is placed via the website,

payment (or deposit) is received,

confirmation is sent by the operator.

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the tour with at least 7 days’ notice.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in [USD/EUR/PLN] and include VAT (if applicable).

  • Accepted payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, WooPayments.

  • Partial payment (e.g. 30% deposit) may be allowed, with the balance due 14 days before departure.

 

5. Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellation policy:

    • up to 30 days before departure – 100% refund,

    • 29–14 days – 50% refund,

    • less than 14 days – no refund.

  • Changes to tour dates must be requested via customer support. Changes are subject to availability.

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer agrees to:

    • possess valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.),

    • follow local rules and laws,

    • arrive at the meeting point on time.

 

7. Organizer Responsibilities

  • The organizer is responsible for delivering the tour as described.

  • The organizer is not responsible for:

    • delays caused by force majeure (e.g. strikes, disasters),

    • personal incidents (lost documents, illness),

    • actions of third parties.

 

8. Complaints

  • Complaints must be submitted via email within 14 days after the tour ends.

  • Complaints will be reviewed within 14 business days and a response will be provided.

 

9. Data Protection

  • Customer data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available [here].

10. Final Provisions

  • Any matters not covered herein shall be governed by the laws of the organizer’s country of registration (e.g. U.S. or Poland).
